Senior🎓
Top SchoolKonstantin Polyntsov is an experienced engineering manager based in Limassol with over 18 years in IT and 11 years of focused professional experience delivering full-stack web systems. He combines hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Angular and database design with leadership of teams up to 40 people, guiding architecture, process improvements and cross-project delivery. At FxPro he moves between proposing backend solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues and actively mentoring engineers, while previously building a SaaS from scratch and maintaining practical open-source libraries. His background spans both modern web stacks (NestJS, GraphQL, Docker) and lower-level domains like C++, Three.js and WebRTC, enabling him to bridge front-end, backend and real-time media concerns. Colleagues value his pragmatic code-level support—pair-programming and code snippets—alongside his process discipline in Agile/Scrum environments. He brings a rare mix of long-term systems thinking and willingness to dive into non-trivial implementation details.
