Top SchoolKonstantin Stepanov is an experienced engineer with 11 years in process, project and maintenance roles across manufacturing leaders including Sonoco, Mondelēz and Philip Morris, now contributing at corsus from Moscow. Trained in robotics at the Baltic State Technical University, he blends hands-on electrical and maintenance expertise with project engineering and process optimization. He has led cross-functional teams, managed equipment installation projects, and implemented spare-parts analysis to reduce inventory and improve uptime. Comfortable moving between tactical shop-floor work and longer-term project planning, he brings practical problem-solving rooted in decades of plant-level experience. Known for steady delivery in regulated, high-throughput environments, he’s seeking new opportunities where his mix of technical depth and operational insight can drive measurable improvements. An often-overlooked strength is his continuity: progressing from electronic technician to engineer and project manager, he understands systems from component repair to process ownership.
