Top SchoolKonstantin Tsukanov is a technology executive and operator with over a decade of experience leading complex IT, product and professional services programs across enterprise and startup environments. As Co-Founder & COO of Tool Impact and founder/managing director of Pillzar, he blends hands-on product development and manufacturing oversight with PMP- and Agile-certified delivery of cloud migrations, contact-center solutions, and SaaS integrations. Previously he sustained a 100% customer retention rate at Genesys by managing large-scale on-prem-to-cloud migrations, escalations, and cross-functional programs that tied product roadmaps to operational KPIs. His technical fluency spans cloud architectures (AWS, Azure), containers and Kubernetes, CRM/ERP integrations, and CI/CD-enabled QA practices—skills grounded in early career embedded and QA engineering roles. Known for building repeatable PMO processes and NPS-driven customer success workflows, he often operates at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and quality.
