Kostiantyn Smyrnov
Odesa, Odesa Oblast, Ukraine
Summary
👤
SeniorKostiantyn Smyrnov is a founder and seasoned full-stack engineer with 14 years of experience building decentralized systems, web APIs, and smart contracts from Odesa, now based in Italy. He leads Benvenuti.AI, an AI assistant focused on migrant integration, while continuing as a smart-contract and JavaScript developer at Winding Tree, blending product vision with hands-on protocol development. Previously he steered technical strategy and delivered core blockchain components at Pandora Boxchain, including token and consensus-contract work and associated JS libraries and proxies. His background spans CTO and senior dev roles, early mobile/web startups using Sencha/ExtJS, and formal training in robotics and project management (PM Class C). Comfortable across Node.js, JavaScript libraries, and decentralised architectures, he combines entrepreneurial drive with deep implementation experience in open-source projects. A detail not obvious from titles: he has repeatedly moved between leadership and individual-contributor roles, shipping both low-level protocol code and customer-facing applications.
