Top SchoolKotaro Takahashi is a COO and ESG-tech leader with 11 years of experience building go-to-market motions and product-commercial bridges across Japan, SEA and the UK. He scaled enterprise SaaS sales early in his career—winning most of Tokyo Stock Exchange top-100 accounts for SPEEDA—and later led SPEEDA’s expansion and channel strategies across ASEAN from Singapore. After earning an MBA and pursuing entrepreneurship, he joined Sustainable Lab to grow ESG data and analytics products used by asset managers, banks and Big 4 firms, while launching SME-focused ESG standardization efforts. Kotaro combines operator instincts (sales, marketing, hiring and product feedback loops) with a coach’s mindset as an ICF-certified professional coach, mentoring founders and executives. He’s a seasoned public speaker and convenor in ESG circles, and quietly bridges technical product development with stakeholder-facing communication to accelerate ESG data adoption.
