Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKristofer Svardstal is a Customer Reliability Engineer III with a decade of experience helping enterprise customers tame CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure challenges. He blends hands-on DevOps and software engineering—C#, Python, NodeJS—with customer advocacy to resolve critical incidents, optimize pipelines, and deliver tailored technical strategy. Kristofer has a track record of measurable impact, from 2–5× faster builds and up to 50% infrastructure cost savings to a 4× reduction in booking workflow time through automation and tooling. He frequently turns fragmented documentation and APIs into repeatable, AI-ready systems and playbooks that scale customer outcomes. Based in Chatham, Ontario, he pairs pragmatic engineering with strong cross-functional collaboration, often surfacing hidden CI bottlenecks and observability gaps before they become outages.
