Top SchoolKrisztián Karóczkai is an experienced consultant, IT technical project manager, solution architect and lead developer with 11+ years delivering Java EE and microservices-based systems. He combines hands-on implementation (Spring Boot, Jersey, DropWizard, JavaEE, Angular, Web Components) with leadership roles across freelancing, academia and enterprise projects, including teaching Java microservices at Óbuda University. Comfortable across the full stack and deployment stack—Docker, Kubernetes, Tomcat/WildFly, SQL and NoSQL—he focuses on high-availability distributed architectures and IAM integrations like OAuth2/Keycloak. A certified Scrum practitioner in practice, he regularly blends Agile, Kanban and Lean to align teams and technical design. His background spans research at MTA SZTAKI to commercial Liferay and enterprise portals, giving him uncommon depth in both cutting-edge microservice patterns and legacy Java platform migration. Based in Biatorbágy, Hungary, he is a pragmatic technologist who often moves between teaching, consulting and building production-grade systems.
