Top SchoolKriti Aggarwal is a Senior Staff Applied Scientist with 11 years of experience building production-grade deep learning systems, now focused on generative AI and multi-modal speech-text representation at HippocraticAI in Redmond. She has driven large-scale multimodal and LLM projects at Microsoft, including state-of-the-art image-text models (Bletchley), a pixel-based visual document understanding model (DUBLIN), and low-latency QA relevance systems that improved Bing’s coverage and accuracy. Her work spans the full ML lifecycle from dataset engineering and recipe tuning for instruction fine-tuning to deploying models under strict latency budgets, demonstrating both research depth and product impact. Trained at UC San Diego and with a background in security tooling from Adobe, she brings a rare blend of applied research, scalable engineering, and security-minded pragmatism. An interesting through-line: she repeatedly builds large curated datasets (e.g., a 1B image-text-caption-entity corpus) to unlock model breakthroughs rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf corpora.
