Summary
🎓
Top SchoolKrzysztof Olipra is a Senior Software Engineer with 7 years of experience building high-throughput, reliable serverless computing platforms at Meta, where he focuses on event processing, transport, and a planet-scale distributed delay queue handling over 5 trillion events daily. He brings deep systems expertise in C++, MySQL and Python, driving performance, scalability and operational reliability for services used across Meta’s asynchronous platform. Prior roles at Goldman Sachs and Comarch shaped his production-grade engineering discipline and pragmatic approach to complex distributed systems. Based in London with a background in computer science, econometrics and a master’s in economics, he blends analytical rigor with low-level systems engineering. An understated strength is his ability to optimize rarely-visible infrastructure bottlenecks that directly improve product reliability at massive scale — Capibara.
