Summary

Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKuldar Vakker is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience delivering customer-facing platforms and cross-team solutions from Estonia. He blends hands-on engineering—Java/Kotlin, Spring, React/TypeScript, AWS, and Terraform—with technical leadership that unblocks stalled projects and aligns stakeholders toward business outcomes. At Eesti Loto he built gateway services, led a high-visibility marketing landing page that drove 10k sign-ups, and shifted the organization toward a product and iterative delivery mindset. He has shipped scalable products from PoC to production for logistics and fintech clients, handling hundreds of thousands of transactions annually and hardening systems for compliance and security. Comfortable coordinating internal and external teams, he pairs pragmatic architecture with an eye for experiment-driven feature delivery (A/B testing) and automation. Outside work he enjoys designing “dumb web things,” making videos, and geeking out over space rockets—hinting at a curiosity-driven approach to engineering.
