Senior🎓
Top SchoolKye Russell is a Technology Lead based in Perth with 13 years of experience building and scaling edtech SaaS products, currently leading Brightpath within 3P Learning. He combines hands-on development with people leadership—recruiting and mentoring small teams while owning architecture, roadmap prioritisation, and cross-functional stakeholder work from sales to legal. Kye guided Brightpath from early market traction through acquisition, then rebuilt and grew the team post-acquisition without losing focus on classroom impact. He runs a consulting practice servicing retail and health clients, bringing agency-honed delivery discipline to product organisations. Known for pragmatic decision-making—“not boiling the ocean”—he still dives into code and experiments with emerging tech to inform product direction. Outside the obvious, he pairs a technical BSc and a recent MBA, blending engineering rigor with commercial and strategic fluency.
