Senior🎓
Top SchoolKyle Howells is an experienced iOS developer with 14 years of hands-on expertise dating back to iPhone OS 3, having built nine iOS projects and released three App Store apps that earned press coverage on The Verge, 9to5Mac and Lifehacker. He has balanced independent contracting and in-house roles—serving as lead mobile developer at Schneider Electric, senior iOS engineer at Los Feliz Engineering, and currently developing at Sup—while designing embedded control systems and companion native iOS apps for hardware startups like Harvey & John and Guineapig. Comfortable across the stack, he pairs native iOS proficiency with embedded microcontroller software and familiarity in C#, Python, Xamarin, Unity3D and web tech, enabling seamless device-to-app integrations. Based in Stroud, UK, he combines product-focused development with a knack for translating physical inventions into polished mobile experiences, often acting as the sole developer from firmware to UI.
