Top SchoolKyle Rebstock is a Senior Director of Engineering with 17+ years of hands-on software architecture and leadership experience, currently overseeing engineering at Aveanna Healthcare. He has led full SDLC implementations that processed billions in medical records and payroll data across major EMR systems while maintaining spotless SOC/SOX audit trails. A pragmatic full-stack architect, Kyle combines cloud-native back-end systems, data-intensive ETL, and React mobile/web frontends to scale products from greenfield design to production at tens of thousands of users. Known for shipping on schedule, he champions CI/CD, test automation, and pattern-driven design to keep teams productive and predictable. Outside work he’s a lifelong builder—running a past small software business and still tinkering with weekend projects—bringing an owner’s drive and accountability to every program. Based in Atlanta, he pairs technical depth (C#, .NET, AWS, SQL, Docker) with a passion for mentoring teams that consistently turn complex problems into measurable business value.
