Top SchoolKyle Thomas is a Senior Product Manager in Madison, WI with a decade of experience blending hands-on software engineering and product leadership to drive SaaS solutions for healthcare. At CoverMyMeds he scaled decision-support and prior authorization products, leading remote cross-functional teams, running continuous discovery and experiments, and shipping automation that reduced case manager workload. His technical roots (Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js, AWS, SQL/NoSQL) and early actuarial background give him a rare mix of data-driven rigor and engineering fluency when prioritizing roadmap trade-offs. He champions product culture and pragmatic engineering practices, having moved from developer to PM while consistently improving performance and usability. Outside work he describes himself succinctly as “nerd by trade, nerd by choice,” hinting at a persistent curiosity that fuels both technical craft and user-centered product thinking.
