Top SchoolLacy Morrow is a founder and senior full‑stack engineer with 12+ years of web development experience who runs Build And Serve, a Charlotte-based agency that ships Next.js, TypeScript, and React applications and AI integrations. She specializes in rapid MVPs, SaaS launches, and codebase rescues—turning broken prototypes into production-ready products in weeks—and also maintains several of her own projects like ShipKit, an opinionated Next.js starter, and the AI-driven Lacy Shell. Her background spans enterprise-scale work at Twilio and product-focused roles across startups and healthcare, giving her a rare mix of design-system, deployment, and accessibility expertise alongside practical AI application. Notably, she pairs hands-on Rust and Claude voice-control work with consumer-facing open-source projects (CrossOver with 1,100+ stars), reflecting both curiosity and an ability to ship polished developer experiences.
