Top SchoolLarissa Wandzura is a Senior Technical Writer with a 17-year career translating complex infrastructure, security, and operational systems into clear, actionable documentation. Currently at Grafana Labs, she has driven customer-facing and internal content for IAM, data sources, and AI-driven features while improving document architecture to cut search time by 30%. Her background blends hands-on systems and BI experience—from Splunk and Power BI to SAP S4/HANA migrations—with roles in financial services and healthcare that demanded rigorous data governance and compliance. Certified in information systems auditing (CISA) and holding an MBA in Information Security Systems, she pairs security-minded rigor with agile documentation practices. Larissa is known for building writing guides and runbooks that onboard teams and reduce support load, and she often surfaces organizational knowledge hidden in operational processes. Based in the Chicago area, she brings a rare mix of analyst-level technical depth and user-focused content strategy.
