Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolLars Werner is a hands-on automation and fiscal systems operator with eight years of offshore experience and a decade-plus background spanning automation engineering, metering, and IT. He combines formal certifications in automation and service electronics with a bachelor's in IT & Automation to bridge operational realities and engineering design—helping teams build solutions that actually work in the field. Currently operating on Johan Sverdrup, he thrives on varied technical challenges across telemetry, fiscal metering and telecom systems, and brings practical O&M and EPCI project experience as an asset. His early career running servers and scripting automation gives him a developer’s mindset for tooling and backend solutions, which he applies to personal app projects when off-shift in the North Sea. Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic advice rooted in both regulatory metering requirements and hands-on maintenance. Based in Bamble, Norway, he pairs precise, methodical troubleshooting with a genuine curiosity for diving deeper into chosen systems.
