Summary
👤
SeniorLauri Peltonen is a blockchain developer and researcher with nine years of professional experience, specializing in EVM, Solidity and zero-knowledge (ZK) technologies. Currently focusing on privacy and trustlessness at defi.com, he builds Solidity contracts, ZK circuits and on-chain privacy primitives. His background spans a decade in web2 (.NET, C#, Azure, React) before transitioning to web3 and ZK work, giving him strong full-stack and architecture chops. Lauri is an OG in the StarkNet ecosystem, author of the StarkNet multisig and an active researcher across Aztec, Mina and Aleo, with hands-on experience in both STARKs and SNARKs (Cairo, Rust, o1js). He’s also a top-10 contributor on Ethereum StackExchange and maintains an open portfolio of ZK projects on GitHub, blending community support, teaching and applied research. Beyond engineering, he’s driven by practical privacy solutions for DeFi users, bridging academic ZK math with production-grade smart contract systems.
