Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeena N is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder with 14 years of software engineering and delivery experience, specializing in building predictable, reliable products that scale. She has shipped consumer-facing and enterprise systems—from a pandemic-launched education accelerator that generated ~$1M teacher income and 16M+ practice minutes across 77 countries to remotely managing 4,000+ Android tablets across 1,500 US clinics with a very small engineering team. Her strengths are product architecture, automation for reliability/availability, and onboarding programs that turn new graduates into productive engineers in 8–12 weeks. Comfortable across Ruby on Rails, JavaScript and JVM stacks, she pairs hands-on development with operational discipline and has shared her learnings at international conferences. A practical builder who prioritizes sustainability over headcount, she repeatedly demonstrates that focused architecture and tooling deliver disproportionate scale.
