Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeo Faria is a founding engineer and seasoned software professional with 15 years of experience designing and shipping SaaS products from early-stage prototypes to production-grade systems. Based in Vancouver, he blends front-end performance and accessibility expertise with hands-on architecture — driving initiatives like React adoption, a company-wide design system, Lighthouse-driven CI, and cross-team testing coverage tools. He has led and scaled engineering teams, mentored engineers, and partnered with product and chief architects to turn technical vision into measurable improvements in UX and developer productivity. Comfortable across Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and modern front-end stacks, Leo is equally at home improving build and CI workflows as he is iterating 0-to-1 features with customers. An early public-sector app builder, he brings a pragmatic, user-focused approach honed by shipping widely used government services and commercial platforms.
