Leonard Pucker is a seasoned technology and product executive with more than 30 years’ experience driving high-tech product strategy, standards development, and market-led innovation for global clients including Google, Nokia, Qualcomm and Verizon. As long-time CEO of the Wireless Innovation Forum and senior leader at Spectrum Signal Processing, he led large cross-functional teams and volunteer coalitions to deliver critical standards (notably for CBRS) and product roadmaps that translated into millions in revenue and new strategic accounts. He combines deep RF and signal-processing engineering know-how with strong business acumen—running P&L, building IP portfolios, and shaping partnerships across Europe, the US and Asia. Leonard’s uncommon strength is converting complex technical debates into consensus-driven market strategies, having guided hundreds of volunteers and influenced regulators and standards bodies worldwide. Now retired and based in White Rock, BC, he remains a respected advisor whose pragmatic, data-driven approach has repeatedly turned technical differentiation into global growth.
