Top SchoolLev Shagalov is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building full-stack systems that span backend, frontend, and infrastructure. He has led teams and shipped complex, mission-critical software such as a SCADA system for regional power grid management, combining Kotlin/Java backends, Vue.js frontends, and on-premise Docker deployments. Comfortable working fully remotely, Lev blends pragmatic engineering with an analytical, self-taught mindset and a track record of turning ambiguous requirements into maintainable, production-ready solutions. He has experience across diverse stacks (Kotlin, Java, TypeScript/JS, PHP) and has built auxiliary tools like a power-grid emulator, custom TCP-based file sync, and VSCode extensions that reveal a penchant for systems-level problem solving. Known for improving operational robustness and mentoring small teams, he is now focused on applying his infrastructure and full-stack expertise in a long-term developer role.
