Senior🎓
Top SchoolLevi Schmidt is a Senior Product Engineer with a decade of experience crafting empathetic, user-centered front-end systems informed by a BA in Graphic Design. He blends visual communication sensibilities with engineering rigor to lead migrations, build internal design systems, and remove technical debt while keeping existing users’ mental models intact. Levi has repeatedly driven stalled platform migrations and front-end rewrites—most recently shaping architecture and AI-augmented workflows for case management and governance software. Comfortable mentoring teams and creating developer-first documentation, he pairs hands-on feature delivery with long-term maintainability. Based in Warragul, Australia, he champions honest UX and actively avoids dark patterns, treating copy and micro-interactions as first-class product decisions. A quirky background in visual design and early agency work gives him a rare eye for polish that improves both usability and brand cohesion.
