Senior🎓
Top SchoolLily Konings is a product design leader with 11 years of experience blending engineering roots and product-first design to ship consumer and creator-facing experiences across Meta, DoorDash, Figma, and now Google. She has led 0→1 initiatives—launching Community Chats, cross-app messaging, and new consumer modes like Going Out—while scaling teams and hiring UXR and design talent to sustain growth. Comfortable teaching as much as building, she connects technical constraints to product strategy and mentors designers to turn research into measurable outcomes (e.g., tripling conversions at AngelList). Based in New York, she advises startups on early product milestones and recruitment, bringing a rare mix of backend engineering fluency and pixel-level craft to AI and social product work.
