Top SchoolLiutong Chen is a founder and software engineer with a decade of experience building scalable, production-grade systems and AI-powered automation for real businesses. After leading core customer service and GenAI initiatives at Amazon—where she shipped multiple LLM-driven features from hackathon wins into production—she now runs SetAndForget.ai, automating e-commerce operations end-to-end for small brands. Her background spans full-stack development, distributed systems for seller identity and pricing, and integrations across cloud platforms from prior roles at Expedia and engineering shops. Liutong combines hands-on engineering with product-first automation: she builds bespoke bots and AI receptionists tuned to actual workflows rather than one-size-fits-all chatbots. She runs her own brands on the same systems she delivers, giving her uncommon operator empathy and rapid iteration feedback loops. Based in the Greater Seattle Area, she delights in creating, breaking, and fixing systems to make work vanish.
