Lorenzo Gallucci is an AI and cloud-native technology leader with over 20 years of experience delivering resilient, production-grade software across Telco, Energy, Transportation and public-sector domains. Currently leading the AI Solution Factory at Invitalia, he combines hands-on architecture (Kubernetes, GitOps, Terraform) with practical ML/AI adoption—bridging research and industry to operationalize AI in industrial settings. As a former CTO and technical lead he has built and scaled digital signature platforms, remote assistance and GenAI drafting tools, and led migrations to AWS/GCP/Azure with strong DevSecOps and observability practices. He mentors engineering teams, runs targeted training programs (CKA/CKAD/CKS among others), and consistently embeds CI/CD, SAST and cloud best practices into product lifecycles. His PhD background and early work on logic-based knowledge systems and large-scale time-series analytics give him a rare mix of deep academic rigour and pragmatic systems design. Based in Rende, Italy, he’s as comfortable tuning Solr/Lucene or Spark clusters as he is architecting multi-tenant OpenID Connect and API gateway solutions.
