Senior🎓
Top SchoolLuan Scudeler is a Senior Software Engineer based in Lisbon with 11 years of professional experience and a strong front-end focus across scalable web applications. He has a proven track record modernizing legacy front-ends—migrating embedded widgets to Preact to cut download sizes by roughly sevenfold—and building robust test environments with Jest, Testing Library and MSW. Luan excels at shipping pragmatic instrumentation and analytics solutions that capture user interactions across components, and has led feature-rich portals for healthcare and telecom clients using React, AngularJS and TypeScript. He pairs hands-on implementation (including CI automation with Jenkins and E2E testing) with improving internal component libraries and developer ergonomics. Comfortable working in self-managed teams, he blends backend familiarity from earlier work on Java/Spring trading systems with a keen eye for front-end performance and maintainability. Trained through formal computer science studies and freeCodeCamp full‑stack certification, he brings both academic grounding and continuous self-driven learning to complex product challenges.
