Top SchoolLucas Allmon is a senior UX/UI consulting engineer with 12 years of experience designing and shipping consumer-facing products that prioritize simplicity, delight, and measurable business outcomes. At Red Hat he led product work that cut a SiriusXM workflow from 20 hours a week to two minutes and helped introduce agile, high-performance teams across DoD branches. Formerly a UX engineering lead at Fender, he built an Atomic CSS design system that halved iteration time and drove Fender Play’s greenfield UX. Lucas combines hands-on prototyping and front-end engineering with team mentorship and workflow design, routinely improving CSAT and traffic metrics through human-centered design. Based in Los Angeles, he has a creative background spanning audio engineering, game design, and interactive children’s media—an uncommon mix that informs his focus on engaging, accessible interfaces.
