Senior🎓
Top SchoolLucas Pandolfo is a Full Stack Engineer with 14 years of experience building scalable, mission-critical systems and driving architectural decisions at CloudX for clients like eDreams and Waystar. He combines deep backend expertise in Java microservices and monolith migration with hands-on frontend work, DevOps, and occasional C/Clojure scripting—skills honed across industry, defense, and research projects. As an Assistant Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, he teaches Algorithms, Data Structures and Distributed Systems, which keeps his engineering grounded in rigorous theory and fresh problem-solving approaches. Notable accomplishments include reverse-engineering telecom equipment for an Army communications system, delivering a previously "too complex" experimental feature to production, and leading observability and measurability efforts that turned data into business decisions. Based in Argentina, he brings a rare blend of academic insight and pragmatic delivery across the full software lifecycle.
