Top SchoolLukasz Pankowski is an experienced Citrix Administrator and System Engineer with over 20 years in IT and 17 years of focused professional experience, specializing in Citrix XenApp/Terminal Services, VMware/VDI and Microsoft-based infrastructures. He has designed, deployed and secured large-scale IT systems and datacenter operations supporting 1,000+ users and 200+ servers, notably leading infrastructure for Mercedes-Benz Polska and its regional branches for two decades. His expertise spans network services (DNS/DHCP with Alcatel‑Lucent VitalQIP), virtualization, private cloud, compliance, and disaster recovery, underpinned by hands-on server and OS auditing. Comfortable across both architecture and daily operations, he combines long-term platform stewardship with practical security implementations. A graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, he brings rare continuity and institutional knowledge that reduces risk during migrations and operational change. Beyond routine administration, he’s known for integrating security design into terminal services environments to keep complex, high-availability systems both performant and compliant.
