Top SchoolLukasz Romanowicz is an accomplished operations and finance leader with 8+ years of cross-industry experience driving transformation, cost control and strategic planning across manufacturing, automotive, display and senior care sectors. Currently serving as Director of Senior Homes and Vice President, he combines hands-on project leadership—having run large SSC transitions and multi-plant operations—with a track record of implementing ISO-based standards, innovation and talent development programs. He has repeatedly delivered efficiency gains, standardised financial processes and presented results to top management while building teams within budget. With academic grounding in business management and IT, he bridges technical systems (SAP, TM1) and business strategy to turn complex operational challenges into measurable results. Notably, his background spans both corporate SSC leadership and entrepreneurial company transformation, giving him a rare mix of scale-up agility and enterprise governance.
