Summary
🤩
RockstarLuke Bennett is a purpose-driven technology leader and founder with 25 years of hands-on experience progressing from developer to CTO and now Co-Founder & Director. He specialises in transforming customer-facing platforms across multi-channel retail, payments and aviation, blending product sensibility with deep technical breadth from UX and frontend to cloud-native platforms, security and AI. Known for stabilising critical systems (delivering five nines uptime), driving digital transformation and earning ISO 27001 certification with no findings, he combines pragmatic engineering with people-first leadership. Luke is comfortable advising across the full stack and can be as hands-on as needed, having scaled teams and modernised acquisitions while improving delivery metrics like DORA. Based in Rugby, UK, he brings an entrepreneur’s appetite for practical innovation and a rare combination of technical generalism and operational ownership.
