Senior🎓
Top Schoollyu zhibing is a postdoctoral researcher specializing in vibro-acoustics with nine years of experience in computational and experimental studies of sound transducers and near-field acoustic radiation. He completed a PhD at Ecole centrale de Marseille, advancing Acoustic Radiation Modes theory to support Active Structural Acoustic Control, and combines that with earlier expertise in Lattice Boltzmann methods for fluid mechanics. Based at Zhejiang University, he brings a solid theoretical foundation, extensive numerical modeling skills, and hands-on experimental training developed over seven years of focused research. Colleagues describe him as precise, persevering, and creatively motivated—preferring quiet, research-intensive environments over administrative duties. An interesting detail: his background spans both teaching physics and aerodynamics and deep numerical acoustics, giving him uncommon breadth across pedagogy, CFD, and acoustic control systems.
