Senior🎓
Top SchoolLyubomir Slavilov is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with over a decade of experience designing scalable systems, currently serving as Chief Engineer at Raisen AI and Co-Founder/CTO of Noverstock. Trained in aerospace and engineering physics, he applies a physicist’s principle-driven approach to software and commerce automation, moving teams from brittle spreadsheets and ERP workarounds to agent-driven, explainable automation at scale. He has led engineering and front-end teams at Imperia Online, Upnetix, and Uber, and repeatedly bridges low-level technical rigor with product-focused architecture. At Noverstock he’s evolving a commerce OS into an Agent Management System that runs reliably across tens of thousands of SKUs with specialized AI agents for repricing, inventory protection, and profitability monitoring. Known for turning complex operational chaos into clear, auditable automation, he combines hands-on engineering, mentorship, and startup builder instincts rooted in hardware-era curiosity—he literally started his career building lasers and rockets. Based in Bulgaria, he focuses on human-centred automation that explains decisions and scales without compromise.
