Summary
👤
SeniorM. Borcherds is an experienced web developer and IT consultant with over two decades of hands-on experience building web sites and web-based applications for organizations ranging from five to 10,000+ employees. He combines front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with back-end expertise in PHP and IBM Notes/Domino, integrating MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle and MSSQL backends. As president of MRB Consulting he helps small businesses with website development, SEO and social media strategy, while also teaching as an adjunct professor at BYU–Idaho. He brings practical enterprise-grade administration experience from large-scale Notes/Domino migrations and server support to community-focused roles such as ARES Emergency Coordinator and vice-president of the Desert R.A.T.S. club. Comfortable managing outsourced teams, he focuses on making technology a business enabler rather than a burden. Based in Desert Hot Springs, he pairs technical depth with volunteer leadership in emergency communications—an indicator of reliability under pressure.
