Top SchoolMaas-maarten Zeeman is a Co-Founder and Senior Software Engineer with 15 years building reliable Erlang systems and native database bindings, focused on real-time and backend infrastructure. Based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, he co-founded Channel.me and remains a core contributor to the Zotonic Erlang web framework and CMS, where he has extended email bounce handling and low-level configuration. His career spans senior engineering and leadership roles since the mid-1990s, giving him deep production experience across startups and product teams. He combines systems-level Erlang expertise with practical product instincts, shipping features that touch both application logic and underlying platform services. Notably, his open-source contributions show attention to operational details—network, domain and port configuration for mail handling—that often determine system robustness in production. He holds an MSc from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and brings an engineer-founder perspective to scalable, real-time backend problems.
