Top SchoolMaciej Kaszkowiak is an AI Engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience building backend systems, scalable GenAI applications, and production ML solutions across startups and SMBs in Poland. He has led and grown AI teams, architected a multimodal, agentic chatbot SaaS (x-talk.me), and instituted DevOps lifecycles that turned RAG prototypes into observable, cost-efficient production services. His technical breadth spans Python/FastAPI, Symfony/PHP, model benchmarking (LLMs, embeddings, rerankers), and computer vision (CLIP/SigLIP), plus product-minded contributions to sales and MVP proposals. Known for mentoring, technical writing, and fostering engineering ownership, he also sharpened revenue-driving features like photo-ranking and recommender systems. Outside core projects he documents his thinking on a personal tech blog and brings a sports-lover’s discipline to shipping pragmatic, measurable improvements.
