Top SchoolMaciej Kitowski is a software engineer with 11 years of professional experience who recently transitioned from senior front-end roles at GetResponse to software R&D at Carl Zeiss IQS. He brings a rare blend of web development skills and deep electro-mechanical engineering expertise—having independently designed electrical installations, control panels, MCCs and programmed CNC machines earlier in his career. Comfortable moving between technical disciplines, he has hands-on experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD/Eplan, MagiCAD and front-end engineering, enabling pragmatic solutions across hardware and software boundaries. His background includes managing design teams and coordinating complex manufacturing projects, so he combines delivery focus with strong documentation and standards knowledge (BS7671). Colleagues value his practical problem-solving mindset rooted in both shop-floor and product engineering experience.
