Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolMaciej Zieniuk is a Senior Software Engineer from Gdańsk with a decade of experience building scalable Java (EE) systems and Python tooling across fintech, adtech, and security products. He has led small engineering and data teams to automate workflows and deliver measurable time and cost savings, and has repeatedly transformed monoliths into cloud-native, horizontally scalable services. At companies from Mercuria to RTB House and Bitwarden he’s combined hands-on backend work (BigQuery, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Minio) with stakeholder-facing product design and architecture. He’s comfortable shipping full-stack features, embedding data-driven decisions into roadmaps, and mentoring engineers toward cleaner, well-tested code. Notably, he has experience delivering privacy-aware adtech solutions and building passwordless/Secrets Manager integrations, showing a knack for tackling both high-throughput systems and security-sensitive products.
