Top SchoolMaciej Zywno is a founder and technology leader with 13 years of experience building human-centered digital health products and earlier roots in high-performance Java systems for finance and travel. He co-founded HTD Health, helping healthcare organizations design and ship over 100 production applications that prioritize provider time, patient engagement, HIPAA compliance, and EHR integration. Today he also runs Poldom SA to provide hybrid debt-equity financing for early-stage Polish real estate projects and serves on HTD Health’s board, blending product strategy, domain expertise, and investment acumen. Comfortable moving between hands-on engineering, design-led research, and board-level decision making, he brings a rare combination of deep technical chops and practical experience scaling mission-driven teams. An early-career background in algorithmic trading and enterprise SOA gives him a pragmatic approach to building resilient systems under real-world constraints.
