Top SchoolMaclain Swanson is a growth-focused sales leader and director with eight years’ experience helping NZ and AU SMEs scale revenue through targeted business development and flexible outsourcing models. As founder and Director of Frontline Sales NZ, he offers an alternative to hiring full-time BD managers by delivering contract-ready sales strategies and execution. His background spans territory and account management across FMCG, events, and service operations, with hands-on CRM, call cycle and relationship-building expertise. Maclain has consistently driven regional expansion—from managing Waikato/Bay of Plenty operations to hunting on- and off-premise contracts for Good George Brewing. Though grounded in commercial roles, his early academic training in biological sciences hints at a methodical, analytical approach to problem solving. Based in the Greater Hamilton Area, he blends practical field experience with a bias for measurable growth.
