Summary
👤
SeniorMadi Anas is a Senior DevOps and Platform Engineer based in Berlin with 11 years of IT experience and over five years focused on cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer experience. She has led cross-functional teams and platform initiatives—migrating on-prem Kubernetes to AWS EKS, rolling out Terraform-driven GitOps, and implementing Backstage-based internal developer portals to streamline onboarding and delivery. Hands-on with tooling across the stack, she designs secure, automated pipelines using GitLab/GitHub Actions, ArgoCD/Flux, Vault, Boundary, and observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana and Elasticsearch. Her background as a data analyst who rebuilt ETL and BI systems gives her a rare combination of operational rigor and data-driven product thinking. At MAYD and KazDream she built production-grade infrastructure and “golden path” templates that reduced cognitive load for engineers and improved deployment reliability. Comfortable in managerial and hands-on roles, she thrives on turning legacy systems into scalable, observable platforms that accelerate developer productivity.
