Summary
🤩
RockstarMads Stage is a seasoned technology leader and data engineer with over 20 years in the industry and a nearly decade-long focused career in data and analytics roles. Currently a Senior Analyst and Data Engineer at Unity, he has led initiatives to map engineering datasets and surface product usage insights that now underpin metrics for development velocity and millions of Unity Editor users. Equally comfortable as an engineer, manager, founder and product lead, he has a track record of bridging technical delivery with product and organizational outcomes across roles from source-control team lead to product manager. He’s drawn to projects that create tangible value and foster growth in people, often taking on cross-functional responsibilities to make that happen. An early career contribution to one of the first online panel management databases at ACNielsen hints at a long-standing practical curiosity about data systems. Based in Region Zealand, Denmark, he blends hands-on engineering instincts with a strategic, people-centered approach to building data-informed teams and products.
