Top SchoolMaggie Cisneros is a Strategic Account Executive and former solutions engineer with 6 years of experience translating complex distributed systems and observability technologies into measurable business outcomes. Based in Austin, she has driven technical wins and new revenue as a customer-facing expert at Grafana Labs and AWS, earning multiple Presidents Club recognitions and leading high-impact demos, workshops, and POCs. Her background spans cloud architecture, real-time data pipelines, and developer enablement—she’s as comfortable designing IaC and streaming ingestion flows as she is presenting on stage to technical audiences. Maggie’s career shows a pattern of turning deep technical expertise into repeatable playbooks that accelerate sales cycles and product adoption across EMEA, LATAM, and the U.S., and she brings a rare combination of hands-on engineering experience from internships to enterprise pre-sales leadership.
