Top SchoolMagid Mroueh is an engineering manager based in Berlin with 13+ years of hands-on full‑stack experience and 6 years in leadership, known for shipping robust financial systems and scalable platforms. He combines deep expertise in TypeScript, NestJS, React and PostgreSQL with practical infrastructure ownership across AWS and Vercel, and has rebuilt production platforms from Airtable to a 130+ table database serving 300+ employees. At Buena he standardized a double‑entry ledger processing 12,000+ bank transactions/month, introduced AI‑driven developer workflows that cut multi‑week projects to days, and deployed agents that automate accounting and ticket categorization with ~90–95% accuracy. A people‑first leader, he emphasizes code ownership, knowledge sharing, and measurable performance processes that enable engineers to contribute across the stack with minimal onboarding. He brings a rare blend of product-minded architecture, payment and open‑banking experience, and practical AI tooling adoption that accelerates delivery without sacrificing quality.
