Summary
👤
SeniorMahadevan Kalyanaraman is a technology leader and entrepreneur with nearly two decades of experience building products and engineering teams from the ground up, now co-founding TINKR after leadership roles at Dyninno and WeInvest. He specializes in pragmatic, opinionated architecture that exploits data shape for high performance, having designed systems handling hundreds of terabytes and serving millions of users. His strengths span monolith-to-microservices transitions, scalability engineering, devops and compliance, with a hands-on history of founding and shipping consumer and SaaS products across web, mobile and streaming. Comfortable across languages and stacks, he rapidly ramps into new domains to deliver cost-effective solutions and has repeatedly turned research-like problems (animation pipelines, live audio encoders, graph-backed APIs) into production products. Based in Bengaluru, he combines startup grit with engineering discipline, favoring minimal, maintainable designs that scale.
