Top SchoolMahesh Sankhala is a Senior Technical Architect with 13 years of experience crafting pragmatic, scalable software solutions and leading full-stack development efforts across Drupal, JavaScript, and web platforms. A computer science fundamentalist and rational problem-solver, he excels at evaluating multiple architectures and choosing trade-offs that balance performance, maintainability, and delivery. Known for an uncommon fluency with complex regular expressions, he often untangles tricky parsing and transformation problems on the fly. An advocate for open source, he pairs hands-on engineering with architectural coaching at Material after a long tenure at Srijan, and is actively expanding his toolset into blockchain and Rust. Outside work he’s a consistent meditator, yoga practitioner and bike enthusiast—traits that inform his calm, focused approach to technical leadership.
