Senior🎓
Top SchoolMahmoud Almasri is a Transformation and PMO leader with over 24 years of professional experience and 16+ years in management consulting across the Middle East, currently serving as Senior Principal - Business Consulting at Infosys Consulting. He specializes in building and operating EPMOs/PMOs, translating strategy into measurable KPIs, and driving large-scale public and private sector transformations including work with regional development authorities and NEOM taskforces. Mahmoud combines deep program and portfolio management expertise with hands-on delivery across digital and non-digital initiatives, having led strategy execution offices for ministries, development authorities, and major corporates. He is equally comfortable setting governance, SLAs and executive reporting as he is mentoring project managers to improve delivery maturity. Based in Riyadh, he brings a rare blend of technical roots (computer science and early software development) and senior advisory experience, enabling practical, measurable change rather than purely theoretical strategy. Quietly detail-focused, he often favors building repeatable PMO frameworks that scale across organizations and sectors.
