Top SchoolMahmoud Darwish is a Staff Software Engineer with a decade of experience building large-scale web and desktop applications across .NET (C#, F#, VB) and modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular. He has led teams at Walmart Global Tech and EPAM, designing microservices and data pipelines that process hundreds of millions to billions of items daily using Kafka, Spark, Cosmos, and Elastic. Comfortable across the stack, Mahmoud combines deep legacy .NET expertise (1.1–4.7) with .NET Core, Azure services, and event-sourced architectures to deliver high-throughput, observable systems. He routinely partners with product and design to take features from discovery to delivery, emphasizing testability, CI/CD, and production monitoring. Based in Hoboken, NJ, he also explores languages and platforms beyond .NET (PHP, Objective-C, Java, Unity), reflecting a pragmatic curiosity that helps when integrating diverse APIs and third‑party systems.
