Summary
👤
SeniorMahmoud Ibrahim is a Software Team Lead with 9 years of experience building and scaling production-grade systems across backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps from Cairo. He led architecture and delivery for a multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce platform serving 900K+ users, driving reliability, performance improvements, and faster releases while instituting CI/CD, code review, and observability standards. Preferring systems thinking over feature-focused work, he balances technical tradeoffs with product and people priorities and measures decisions with metrics like DORA. A hands-on Ruby on Rails and React Native practitioner who loves open source, he mentors engineers and elevates engineering standards across cross-functional teams. Notably, he treats delivery as a skill—systematically reducing incidents and improving execution rather than relying on chance.
